We encourage departments where colorectal stenting and colorectal surgery are performed to consider joining the trial. If you and
your team wish to join the trial, you will need to take these steps:
- Obtain local ethical committee approval
- Fill in the online applicaction form (see below)
This trial already has Multi-Centre Research Ethical committee (MREC) approval.

You will need to send these forms with your own local application forms to your own local regional ethical committee. As the trial
already has MREC approval this should not take a great deal of time. You may even be able to obtain chairman's action pending
approval.

2- Once you have obtained local ethical approval, you will then need to complete the form below. Please make sure you enter
your choice of username and password. These will be required for access to protected areas on the website. Please remember to keep a
record of your username and password.
When your application has been approved you will then be able to enter patients into the trial.
On this form, items marked by a red asterisk are mandatory. Please leave items that do not apply to you blank
(do not enter remarks such as "not applicable, none, don't know etc).
